ATTEMPTING TO DEBUNK CLAIMS
1.  Debunked claim of DVD case opening and closing on its own.  When front door opens, a gust of wind is felt where DVD case was located. The floor is also slightly uneven, causing door to DVD case to appear as if it opened on own.
2.  Attempted to debunk claim of tire rim rolling back and forth approx 6-7 feet on own. Tire rim fairly heavy, weighing approx 40 lbs. When an investigator applied pressure to the rim, the rim indeed rolled back and forth on its own. However, a fair amount of pressure was needed to push rim in order to make it to roll. The gust of wind by the front door would be too weak to cause the rim to roll on its own. Tire rim was located approximately 20 ft from the front entrance door.
3.  There is an alley located near the rear of the building. There were many claims of employees hearing voices that are not that of the other employees, such as children or male voices. However it was evident that the muffled voices of anyone that was walking down the alley could be heard.
4.  Many shadows seen in the rear of building. The building is located across a busy street. Each time a car drove by, many shadows would be seen. This could possibly play tricks on the human eye, making it to believe it is seeing something else.

PERSONAL EXPERIENCES
1.  Two group members claim to have seen a shadow figure of a man, only to quickly move away as quickly as it was seen.
2.  While doing and EVP session in the back room, (where many employees feel uneasy going into), we asked if a presence is in the room to make a noise, such as knocking on the wall. We all then clearly heard a rapping noise in the small garage beside us. We then asked it to get louder, and it did what we asked. The noise appeared to be getting closer and closer to us. We asked to knock the number of "spirits" present in the building, and we all heard three consecutive knocks. Upon inspection of the garage, the garage was empty. When attempting to find the source of the knocking, the owner began lightly tapping on the wall, and we all concluded that was the noise we were hearing.
3. A digital still camera was sitting flat on the concrete floor and was witnessed by two people falling over by itself, with no explanation why.
4.  In the middle room, where shelves are located, the group was asking for a presence to make itself known. A very loud banging noise was heard directly behind Chris, who is a PGR member. The noise resembled metal banging. We were unable to determine cause of noise. There was an EMF spike in this area of 2.0.
5.  When owner asked if Jessie "shot himself by mistake", most of the group clearly heard a direct answer of a male voice say "No." This gave the owner chills because he said the voice resembled Jessie’s voice.
6.  Motion light turning off and on by itself. At first, we thought it was one of us setting it off, but we had to flail our arms back and forth to make it go off. We asked the "presence" to make the light go off and on three times, and the orange light went off and on three times on its own. We then asked if it wanted us to leave, to flash light on once, and it did just that.
7.  Owner and a member of PGR claimed to have been touched by an unseen presence.
8.  Feeling of uneasiness in the back rooms.
9.  Member claimed to have felt a stabbing pain in the back of her neck, describing it as a knife stabbing the back of her neck. Later to find out that a possible murder happened there, involving a stabbing. Member had no previous knowledge of this.
10.  Owner has surveillance video of a Heating and Air worker looking around for the "man that was staring at him."
11. Frequent battery drainage throughout the night.
